Mike would rather be traveling through outer space than living under the shadow of his mother's serious depression or riding the subway into Manhattan each week to be analyzed by her shrink. But when an exuberant Herbie armed with a toy steering wheel climbs aboard Mike's train, all that changes. Herbie inspires Mike to break free, to look outside the window to the road ahead and take charge of his own life.
