Dear DCIFF supporter:
2009 will mark our 11th year of presenting the most innovative independent films from around the world. This year in honor of our new President Barack Obama our theme is: Make a Difference! where we will present films that highlight value of reaching out to help others and participating in life! These films will amaze, provoke, delight our audiences. We also hope to stimulate fervent discussion about ideas and encourage independent thinkers.

Wishing you all the best in 2009!
